The stated drinking amounts and the number of bottles per day are only recommended indicative quantities, pay attention to the individual needs of your baby.
Standard Solution: 13.2 g Lebenswert Organic Infant Formula 1 + 90 ml water = 100 ml ready-to drink food. One package Lebenswert Organic Infant Formula 1 gives 37 meals each with 100 ml drinking amoun (standard recipe). 1 coated measuring spoon= 4.4 g.
Preparation:
- Boil water freshly before each meal and allow to cool to about 50°C.
- Fill the bottle with about half of the desired amount of water
- Fill the measuring spoon loose and smooth it out with the back of a knife. Fill the required amount of powder into the bottle.
- Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Add remaining water and shake well again.
- Before feeding check the drinking temperature (about 37°C)

Important notice: Please observe the preparation instructions and the dosage ratio exactly so that your baby always gets the nutrients it needs. For the preparation only use the included measuring spoon. Improper preparation can lead to health problems. Prepare the food always freshly and do not use residual amounts again. Do not heat dairy food n the microwave (risk of scalding). Take care of the dental care from the very first tooth on and do not leave the bottle wiht your child to avoid continuous sucking.
Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for your baby. Talk to your pediatrician or midwife if you want to use an infant formula. If it is not possible to breastfeed sufficiently the Organic Infant Formula 1 is suitable for sole bottle feeding from birth on.
