Standard Solution: 13,2g Lebenswert bio follow-up formula 3 + 90 ml water = 100 ml ready-to drink food. One package Lebenswert bio follow-up formula 3 gives 35 meals each with 100 ml drinking amount.
1 coated measuring spoon= 4,6 g.
Preparation:
- Boil water freshly before each meal and allow to cool to about 50°C.
- Fill the bottle with about half of the desired amount of water
- Fill the measuring spoon loose and smooth it out with the back of a knife. Fill the required amount of powder into the bottle.
- Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Add remaining water and shake well again.
- Before feeding check the drinking temperature (about 37°C)

Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for your baby. Follow-up formula 3 is suitable for the special nutrition for babys from the 10th month on.
