Shirataki Rice Style
Ark Shirataki Rice is made in Japan from the dietary fiber glucomannan of the konjac root. Our "rice" is therefore very filling. In Asia, konjac products are traditionally appreciated as part of a low-calorie diet. Many dishes can be conjured up with the fine grains.
Arche Shirataki Rice Style tastes good as a side dish, in bowls, in soups and salads. With a one-minute cooking time, it is ideal for quick cooking! Completely gluten-free, Shirataki Rice Style is naturally vegan, organic and traditionally made in Japan.
