Japanese porcelain ginger grater

Ginger is a popular spice in Asian cuisine - the gnarled root pieces can be grated particularly finely with this small-toothed porcelain grater. Nothing is lost in the process - the more solid components collect in the middle of the porcelain grater and the juice on the outside.

Tip: sometimes you only need the ginger juice - to do this, first drain the juice from the ginger grater and then put the firmer fibers in some filter paper and squeeze.
