Sprouts fresh from Arche!

In the small greenhouse grow sprouts and sprouts ideal. In two tiers, each with a small drain, you can easily grow the delicious freshness yourself.  Vitamin-rich sprouts directly from the windowsill!

It is best to clean the sprouting unit with vinegar and a brush.

Instructions for use

1. Soak the seeds
   Wash the seeds and soak them for 4 hours (cereals and legumes for 12-15 hours) with three times the amount of water. See the table below for seed quantities.
2. Distribute soaked seeds in the germination tray.
   Sprinkle each germination tray evenly with the prepared seed.
3. Assemble the germination tray
   Place the two germination trays on the bottom tray. The drainage spigots should be opposite each other so that the water can distribute well.
4. Cover the germinator
   Cover the germinator with the lid during germination. A constant temperature of 20°C is optimal. Do not place germinators in direct sunlight.
5. Water regularly
   Rinse the seeds regularly with fresh water (water large seeds daily, small ones every two to three days), making sure that the water drains off again and that the seeds are not constantly in water.
6. Harvesting the seedlings
   The germination period can be found in the table on the germination table on the package. The sprouts are intended for immediate consumption, but can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Blanch lentils, chickpeas, yellow soybeans and bean sprouts for about 2 minutes before eating.
7. Cleaning the sprouts
   Clean each tray thoroughly with vinegar and brush. The material is dishwasher safe. However, for hygienic reasons, the germinator should be cleaned mainly by hand.

Note: some seedlings form many fine, white threads. They are hair roots of the plant and not mold!
