Shiitake - dried mushrooms 40g

ARCHE organic shiitake enrich soups, sauces and stir-fry dishes with their aromatic and spicy taste. Our shiitake are gently dried from fresh organic cultivated mushrooms of the best taste and are subject to our close-meshed controls.

Product information: contain sulfites by nature. Store in a cool and dry place.

Preparation: Be sure to prepare mushrooms according to instructions. Clean ARCHE Shiitake under running water and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Drain the soaking water, chop the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until well done.
