With Arche Tempura-Fix, vegetables, tofu or fish can be transformed into Asian delicacies.
By baking them in the egg-free batter, they become deliciously crispy finger food very easily.
Preparation: Mix the contents of the package with 280 ml of cold water. Dip vegetables, tofu or shrimps into the batter and fry in approx. 180°C hot frying oil until lightly browned. Blanch vegetables such as broccoli or carrots briefly in boiling water beforehand. Serve with Ark dipping sauces or shoyu.
Tip: If you dip a wooden spoon into the hot oil and air beads rise, the temperature is correct!
