Flower bread - inspired by the blossoms of buckwheat All varieties of this delicious snack are gluten-free and vegan. Only gluten-free products are made in the production facility, so there is no risk of contamination. The manufacturer's philosophy also means that flower bread is processed without yeast, eggs, fats, dairy products and flavourings. This means that the flower bread (‘Le Pain Des Fleurs’) is not only ideal for people with gluten intolerance. The dough for the crispy bread is toasted for a few seconds at a high temperature of 300 to 400°C during processing. This creates the special crispy texture, which also varies from variety to variety.
