Original Japanese Terrasana shoyu in a practical dispenser bottle
This bottle makes it easy to serve and share shoyu at the table. This bottle is filled with high-quality, long and naturally fermented shoyu from Japan. This shoyu ferments for a long time (9 months), which is exactly what gives this soy sauce its authentic flavour. You can add a nice amount of umami to your dishes at the table with a single pour.
Shoyu is the best-known soy sauce in Japan. It is made from soya and wheat and in this case is traditionally produced in Japan. Because the fermentation process takes a long time and is done naturally, the flavour is first-class. They can only do this in Japan.
Important: To retain the full flavour, only add the naturally brewed organic shoyu at the end of the cooking time.
Shoyu is of course perfect as a dipping sauce for sushi, but also for noodle, wok and vegetable dishes. Hold your finger on one of the holes to measure out while you pour.
Store in the fridge after opening.
Note: Due to the fermentation process, soy sauces naturally contain alcohol.
